Pink Velvet Rose Hot Cocoa

We're going all out for Valentine's this year, and hope you do too! Enjoy this perfect blend of floral & decadent.

INGREDIENTS

3 TBSP Rose Cocoa SuperLatte

4-6oz hot water

3 TBSP heavy cream (or DF cream alternative)

2 TBSP milk of choice

1-2 tsp softened cream cheese

1 tsp Rose Dust

1 tsp white chocolate syrup (or simple syrup)

Cream cheese frosting (optional: homemade or store bought)
- 2-3 TBSP cream cheese
- 2-4 TBSP powdered sugar
- Splash of milk

Supplies:
- Scissors
- Parchment Paper

INSTRUCTIONS

Fold a small piece of parchment paper in half and cut half a heart along the folded edge. Set aside.

Froth your Rose Cocoa mix and hot water in a cup until well combined.

In another glass, combine heavy cream, milk and cream cheese. Whisk by hand until the cream cheese is well combined and there’s no more lumps.

Add your Rose Dust and white chocolate syrup, then froth until well combined and the foam is light and fluffy.

Coat the rim of your mug with cream cheese frosting, then sprinkle Rose Dust over the coated rim.

Pour in your hot cocoa, and top off with plenty of Pink Velvet Rose foam.

Gently place the stencil over top of the glass, making sure it’s secure and flat. Sprinkle Rose Dust directly overtop the stencil until the heart is filled in.

Remove the stencil and enjoy!
