I have tried EVERYTHING... THC, melatonin, CBN, but nothing let me sleep through the night. The other stuff would help me get to sleep but not keep me asleep. When I upped the amount of THC/CBN I was really groggy in the morning. I've found that even when I occasionally wake up in the middle of the night it is much easier to fall back asleep.
