I have been using just magnesiums glycinate with mixed results. I wasn’t expecting too much. But, after the first night I noticed a marked improvement in sleep. My wakefulness was less, in fact I slept without a bathroom break. I don’t mind having to go to bath room, it’s that I can’t sleep after. I have noticed that this month I have slept deeper ( average + 5 min. ) only a couple of nights I was awake lo nger after bathroom break. Like long for great sleep in months to come.
