Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso

Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, coming right up!

INGREDIENTS

3 tbsp Coffee SuperLatte

1/2 apple (sliced)⁠

1/2 cup water⁠

1/2 cup maple syrup or coconut sugar⁠

4oz oat milk (chilled)⁠

1/2 tsp Cinnamon⁠

Pinch of salt⁠

INSTRUCTIONS

In a pot on the stove, add your sliced apples, maple syrup, cinnamon, and water. Bring to a boil and then let simmer until the mixture thickens and apples soften (about 10 minutes).⁠

Strain and let cool.⁠

Make a Coffee SuperLatte with 3 oz of warm (not hot!) water and set aside.⁠

Add cold oat milk and 1 tbsp of your apple syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, shake, shake!⁠

Pour your Coffee SuperLatte into a glass with ice, then follow with the shaken oat milk.
