Mocha Espresso Martini Mocktail

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we're shaking things up with functional recipes that feel way better without the booze.
INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp Mocha SuperLatte
2/3 cup hot water
1 shot of espresso or coffee (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 tsp honey
2 tbsp coconut cream/coconut milk
INSTRUCTIONS
Put martini glass into the freezer to chill for at least an hour.
Combine all ingredients and froth.
Pour over ice.
Shake gently, then strain into your martini glass.
Top with latte dust or espresso dust (plus any other fun toppings like whipped cream).
