Magnesium plays a crucial role in sleep by regulating neurotransmitters that calm the nervous system and preparing the body for rest. It supports the production of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), a neurotransmitter that promotes relaxation and helps reduce brain activity, making it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep.

Absolutely—all our ingredients are vegan and do not contain gluten. Our oat milk is made from gluten free, Organic and glyphosate-free oats. However, even though the ingredients we use contain no gluten, our SuperLattes as a whole are not yet certified gluten-free. This certification process takes time, but it is one that we are currently working on, so hang tight!

I've had insomnia since I was eight years old. (I'm now 50.) I've tried literally EVERYTHING. I was skeptical to try something else, but I figured it couldn't hurt. I've been drinking this along with my bedtime routine and it has helped so much! I fall asleep much faster and I actually get deep, quality sleep.
